Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Broomly application ("App") developed and operated by DevOrbit Labs ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using Broomly, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Broomly, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Broomly is an iOS application that helps users manage and optimize their device storage by:
- Detecting and removing duplicate photos
- Identifying similar and blurry photos
- Compressing large video files
- Cleaning up screenshots
- Merging duplicate contacts
- Organizing calendar events
- Providing swipe-based photo review
3. Subscription and Payments
3.1 Free and Premium Features
Broomly offers both free and premium features. Certain features require an active premium subscription to access, including but not limited to: delete actions, similar photo scanning, swipe cleanup mode, and widgets.
3.2 Subscription Plans
Premium access is available through a weekly auto-renewable subscription. Current pricing is displayed in the App and on the App Store. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.
3.3 Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription. You will be charged the subscription price at the end of the trial period.
3.4 Billing and Renewal
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.
3.5 Refunds
All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple in accordance with their refund policies. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.
4. User Responsibilities
When using Broomly, you agree to:
- Use the App only for its intended purpose of device storage management
- Review files carefully before confirming deletion, as deleted files are moved to the "Recently Deleted" album and may be permanently removed after 30 days
- Ensure you have adequate backups of important data before using cleanup features
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Not use the App in any unlawful manner or in violation of these Terms
5. Data and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. All photo, video, contact, and calendar processing is performed locally on your device. No personal media or contact data is transmitted to our servers. For detailed information about how we handle your data, please review our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
Broomly, including its design, features, code, and content, is the intellectual property of DevOrbit Labs. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Broomly is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
- The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
- Any defects in the App will be corrected
While we strive to provide accurate duplicate detection and quality analysis, we recommend reviewing suggested deletions before confirming. We are not responsible for any unintended data loss resulting from the use of our App.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DevOrbit Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of Broomly.
Our total liability for any claims arising from the use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Broomly (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available within the App and on our website. By continuing to use Broomly after changes become effective, you agree to the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DevOrbit Labs operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
